Job summary
ThetaRay is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to resolve technical issues and participate in the deployment and delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in a Technical Support organization
- Experience in SysAdmin on Linux and networking
- Experience with AI-driven support ecosystems and workflows
- Experience with Kubernetes administration (Azure AKS, RedHat OCP)
- Experience with SQL databases is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with version-control tools like GIT/BitBucket
- Fluent in French is preferred
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated issues from Tier 1 support
- Engage with customers on multiple issues with clear communication
- Become a product expert and stay updated on new features
- Support customers during onboarding, implementation, and production phases
- Work with Tier 3 Engineers and escalate as needed
- Document solutions and best practices for support teams
- Participate in global On Call rotation
- Adhere to strict KPIs and SLAs
