Job summary

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Wor***, you will support U.S. federal contracts by building scalable and reliable services frameworks.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with infrastructure, either on-premises or cloud-based.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, architecture, and administration.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools like Terraform.
  • Experience with building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines and tools like Argo CD.
  • 2+ years experience with AWS cloud services in a production setting.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably GoLang or Python.
  • Experience in Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) and big data technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions for Kubernetes platform, including infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
  • Build and maintain core platform components, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments using Terraform and Argo CD.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues, working closely with development teams.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices for the platform, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform components and processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, development teams, and stakeholders across multiple locations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in platform engineering.
