Job summary
Mot*** is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering Lead to enhance their Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings. The role involves collaborating with product development teams, maintaining the CI Platform, and implementing cloud governance policies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with large cloud providers
- Leading technical initiatives
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools
- 3+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration tools
- Experience in Linux environments
- Strong programming, debugging, and optimization skills
- Understanding of DevOps practices
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools
- Experience in troubleshooting incidents
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Roadmap for the CI Platform
- Develop and maintain the CI Platform
- Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists
- Share knowledge and educate team members
- Monitor costs and security posture
- Implement tooling to improve software development processes
- Develop product features with delivery teams
