The Site Reliability / Environment Engineering Specialist role is dedicated to enhancing the stability and operational maturity of non-production environments through hands-on Site Reliability Engineering and automation practices. Key responsibilities include improving monitoring and observability, conducting root cause analysis, and identifying automation opportunities to streamline operational workflows using technologies like DevOps and Powershell.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, or Environment Engineering roles.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, application systems, and cloud/on-prem environments.
• Ability to operate hands-on across complex enterprise technology environments.
• Analytical, proactive, collaborative, and able to think across systems rather than in silos.

Responsibilities

• Improve non-production environment stability, near-production alignment, resilience, and operational maturity.
• Increase environment visibility and faster detection of issues before production impact.
• Faster and more accurate identification of systemic issues and recurring incident drivers.
• Identify automation opportunities in alerting, workflows, and remediation activities.
