Job summary

The Subject Matter Expert in Support & Operations ensures timely resolution of escalations and incidents while maintaining quality standards, focusing on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform in Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents using IaC and Terraform in Azure environments
• Mentor team members in best practices for Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Kubernetes, and maintain documentation for operational processes
• Validate change order implementation plans and ensure compliance with best practices in Terraform configurations
• Engage in customer meetings to address concerns and gather feedback
• Conduct root cause and trend analysis to provide insights for decision-making
