Job summary
Develop and support navigation systems for emergency alerting and search-and-rescue services delivered through the Galileo SIS. The role covers software and platform development, integration, validation, deployment, and maintenance, including Kubernetes and containerised services, automation, monitoring, incident investigation, and performance and security improvements. The work uses technologies such as C++, Python, Helm, Argo CD, Git, Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and PostgreSQL.

Qualifications
- Background in Linux-based environments
- Knowledge of C++ and Python
- Experience with deployment and configuration tools such as Helm and Argo CD, or equivalent
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch, or equivalent
- Knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
