Job summary
The Software Automation Engineer builds and enhances automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency, support complex data migrations, and increase confidence in business-critical technology changes for Business Lending customers. The role automates testing across enterprise applications, validates large-scale data movements, investigates technical issues, and collaborates with engineering and delivery teams. Technologies and practices include TypeScript, Java, Python, Selenium, UFT, SQL, CI/CD, and AI agents for testing.

Qualifications
- Experience designing, building, and improving automation frameworks for enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Java, Python, Selenium, UFT, API testing, or similar technologies
- Experience with SQL, MySQL, or similar databases
- Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and continuous testing
- Experience using AI agents for test data generation, test case and automation script generation, validation, and reconciliation
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work across multiple teams and technologies
