Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related technology roles
• 2+ years of digital technology delivery experience
• 2+ years of experience in large-scale software delivery with reliability concepts
• 1+ year of experience with programming languages/frameworks
• 1+ year of experience on Cloud Technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools
• Experience using customer feedback tools

Responsibilities

• Implement observability solutions using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
• Develop alerting and dashboarding strategies to resolve issues proactively
• Manage Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Participate in incident response and postmortem processes
• Eliminate bottlenecks in development and deployment workflows
• Conduct performance testing and reliability audits
• Embed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles in the software development lifecycle
• Support applications deployed across CVS retail and pharmacy locations
• Ensure high availability and performance of store systems
• Champion containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes
• Leverage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
