Software Engineer (Cloud & DevOps)

Job summary

Supports the hardware and software lifecycle, including planning, deployment, and troubleshooting for customer workloads in Azure and AWS environments. Develops web applications integrating data, analytics, and reporting, and builds automated tests, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and Helm deployments. Advises engineering, IT, and customer teams on deployment, architecture, and technical issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to five years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with JavaScript and customer-facing technical work.
• Experience developing and deploying Helm charts for containerized applications.
• Experience using HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and secure configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software, infrastructure, and cloud issues.
• Knowledge of GitLab version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to maintain a Secret clearance and obtain a Top Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve customer issues across Azure and AWS cloud workloads using investigation tools.
• Advise engineering, IT, and customer teams on deployment obstacles and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain web application code and unit, functional, performance, and acceptance tests.
• Support the hardware and software lifecycle, including planning and deployment.
