Job summary
Develops software tools and integrates algorithms for defense-related applications, using software engineering practices in Agile environments. Responsibilities include exploring new technologies, collaborating on requirements and design, and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines and runners across Windows and Linux. Work may involve military modeling and simulation, missile defense systems, or classified development environments.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of relevant software development experience.
- Experience with C++, C#, and Python.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe environment.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles.
- Experience writing CI/CD jobs and maintaining pipelines.
- Experience configuring GitLab runners on Windows and Linux.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Desired experience with defense programs, missile defense, simulation environments, MATLAB, REST APIs, microservices, or classified development.
