Job summary
CoMind is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of test and DevOps engineers in developing non-invasive neuromonitoring technology.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software, DevOps, or test engineering
- At least 3 years in an engineering management or team lead role
- Proven experience leading and growing DevOps, test, platform, or infrastructure teams
- Strong hands-on background in CI/CD, build systems, and test automation
- Experience with embedded Linux build and deployment
- Experience delivering in a regulated industry
- Advanced Python and C/C++
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of DevOps and test engineers
- Own the CI/CD strategy and build and release infrastructure
- Own the Yocto-based embedded Linux platform build and deployment
- Lead architecture reviews
- Define and drive the software V&V and test automation strategy
- Establish compliance-as-code workflows
- Own cloud-side data pipelines
- Coordinate cybersecurity workstreams
- Partner with the Software Engineering Manager
