Job summary

This Solution Architect will design, evolve, and support solution, integration, and container-platform architectures for a transport and logistics project. The work includes building cloud-native AWS platforms with Kubernetes, EKS, Terraform, AWS CDK, Pulumi, and ArgoCD or Flux, and integrating Java, Spring Boot, Camunda or IBM webMethods, relational databases, and APIs. The role also covers process integration and AI-assisted software development.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience designing, evolving, and operating solution and integration architectures in complex multi-system environments.
• More than 5 years of professional Java development experience with Java 11 or later, Spring Boot, REST services, and microservices.
• Demonstrated responsibility for architecture and implementation of process or integration solutions using Camunda or IBM webMethods, supported by at least two references.
• More than 5 years of experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle and versioned, auditable data management, such as Liquibase.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development, coding assistants or agentic development environments, and effective prompting.
• Experience with agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban in architecture or development contexts.
• More than 3 years of experience in transport and logistics or a comparable regulated industry.
• More than 3 years of experience with API design and testing tools such as OpenAPI, Swagger, Postman, or SOAP UI.
• More than 3 years of DevOps and CI/CD experience, including tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• More than 3 years of experience with modern architecture models, including microservices, messaging, or event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve containerized platform architectures on AWS.
• Integrate Java, Spring Boot, Camunda, databases, and APIs into cloud-native architectures.
