Job summary
Designs secure, scalable, and supportable technology solutions while delivering complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, and modern workplace projects. The role spans client discovery, technical consultancy, design documentation and Statements of Work, implementation and validation, security assurance, and service improvement. Relevant technologies include Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, networking, and PowerShell.

Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in an MSP or IT services environment.
- Experience designing and delivering complex infrastructure, cloud, or modern workplace solutions.
- Experience gathering technical requirements and producing designs, project documentation, and Statements of Work.
- Strong Microsoft 365 expertise, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender, and Entra ID.
- Strong networking knowledge, including firewalls, switching, wireless, VPN, and VLANs.
- Ability to work independently and escalate technical or operational risks appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery, technical assessments, and solution planning.
- Design secure, scalable, resilient, and supportable technology solutions.
- Prepare technical designs, Statements of Work, implementation requirements, and network diagrams.
- Deliver complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, and modern workplace projects.
- Implement approved designs and identify delivery risks or dependencies.
- Test, validate, document, and hand over solutions for ongoing support.
- Review designs for security, resilience, supportability, and operational risk.
- Provide specialist technical input for complex incidents and major incidents.
- Support security reviews, gap assessments, and remediation activity.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards and service improvement.
