Job summary

The Spécialiste Réseau & DevOps role focuses on global network operations while driving automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices. Key responsibilities include ensuring network availability and performance across LAN, WAN, and Cloud architectures, particularly on Microsoft Azure, as well as resolving complex network incidents and collaborating with various teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise network support and administration at scale
• Good mastery of Cloud network technologies, especially Microsoft Azure
• Solid knowledge of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, IP routing, and load balancing
• Experience with network management, monitoring, and observability tools
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and complex problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
• Experience with network automation and IaC tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform or equivalents) is a plus
• Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls, F5 equipment, and NetBox (IPAM) is a plus
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Ensure network availability and performance (LAN, WAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, Internet)
• Resolve complex network incidents with internal teams and partners
• Improve reliability, security, and performance of network infrastructures
• Design and optimize Cloud network architectures, especially on Azure (DNS, HTTP/S, IP/Routing, Load Balancing)
• Automate infrastructures via CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Enhance operational tools (IPAM, monitoring, inventory)
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, and Development teams in an Agile environment
