Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• 5-7 years of relevant experience required

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and optimize Splunk platform
• Onboard machine data and design dashboards
• Monitor and report on application health
• Serve as subject matter expert for Splunk
• Ensure applications are functional and secure
• Ingest and onboard operational data sources
• Monitor and maintain Splunk platform health
• Create and improve Splunk dashboards
• Optimize Splunk Processing Language (SPL) searches
• Configure alerts for anomaly detection
• Report KPIs on system status
• Support 24x7 production environment
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues
• Support incident triage and root cause analysis
• Develop solutions for technical requirements
• Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements
• Ensure effective release and change management
• Maintain configuration documentation
• Adhere to security and compliance best practices
