Sr Cloud Engineer

Job summary

As a Senior Cloud Engineer on the Privileged Access Management team at Workday, you will design and implement a unified Privileged Access Management solution across both private data center and public cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud engineering or related technical discipline with experience in private data centre and public cloud environments
• 7+ years with Linux-based systems, including administration and scripting
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Proficient in Linux system administration and performance optimization
• Skilled in software development practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledgeable in cloud identity services like AWS IAM and GCP IAM
• Experienced in privileged access management solutions
• Familiar with AI concepts for infrastructure and security operations
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Workday's Privileged Access Management infrastructure across private data centre and public cloud environments
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery of PAM solutions
• Implement observability improvements for monitoring and alerting across PAM systems
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance team efficiency
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support for PAM services
