Job summary

Experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to support enterprise-scale platforms and advanced analytics environments, focusing on automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with ArgoCD / GitOps.
• Strong understanding of pipeline automation using Groovy, Python, or Pipeline-as-Code.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for microservices and Python-based applications.
• Experience with Helm-based deployment pipelines.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker.
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong scripting experience using Groovy, Python, and Linux Shell/Bash.
• Experience integrating security and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, and cloud computing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OCI.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Strong experience with Git and source-control practices.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability platforms such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Understanding of REST/API development and integration.
• Experience working with microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines for Python-based applications and microservices.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Automate application deployment, configuration management, infrastructure provisioning, and operational processes.
• Implement and maintain GitOps-based deployment workflows using ArgoCD.
• Automate security, compliance, and regulatory checks within CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate DevSecOps tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Work with Terraform, Ansible, and other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Develop automation scripts using Groovy, Python, and Linux shell scripting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, deployment, and pipeline-related issues.
• Monitor application and platform health using ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of technology platforms.
