McLane is seeking a Sr DevOps Engineer to support the development, deployment, automation, and operational management of enterprise applications and integration platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps or related technical roles
- Strong hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Docker
- Experience working with Kubernetes environments
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures
- Experience managing application orchestration and deployment automation
- Hands-on experience with Secrets Management solutions
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with CI/CD platforms including Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Experience with source control management and Git workflows
- Knowledge of Git branching strategies
- Experience implementing modern deployment strategies
- Experience developing and maintaining Helm charts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines
- Manage and deploy containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker
- Support cloud-native application deployment and orchestration
- Configure and maintain Kubernetes resources
- Develop and maintain Helm charts
- Implement and support secrets management solutions
- Partner with engineering teams to improve software delivery
- Support Git-based development workflows
- Implement modern deployment patterns
- Contribute to Internal Developer Platform initiatives
- Troubleshoot deployment and performance issues
- Collaborate with software engineers and security teams
- Create automation scripts and operational documentation
- Support monitoring and performance management initiatives
