Job summary
The Senior DevOps Engineer builds and operates reliable, secure, highly available production infrastructure for mission-critical fintech services, balancing automation development with live-environment operations. The role advances CI/CD and Terraform self-service, manages AWS accounts and multi-cluster Kubernetes environments, optimizes RDS and MongoDB, and drives observability using Datadog and Grafana. It also includes weekly on-call support and a focus on maintaining 99.9% uptime.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience managing high-scale production systems.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services, security practices, and account management.
- Expert experience with Kubernetes, EKS, and Docker.
- Terraform proficiency and proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Experience with MySQL/RDS and MongoDB scaling, backups, and performance tuning.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD automation.
- Evolve Terraform infrastructure to be modular and self-service.
- Collaborate with backend teams on scalable microservices and datastore performance.
- Use AI-powered development tools to automate toil and accelerate infrastructure delivery.
- Manage AWS accounts and multi-cluster Kubernetes environments.
- Operate production environments and support 99.9% uptime.
- Drive observability using Datadog and Grafana.
- Participate in the weekly on-call rotation.
