Job summary
Leads a DevOps team building continuous delivery infrastructure and automated deployment frameworks for software products. The role designs and maintains secure, highly available cloud systems, supports operational monitoring and incident resolution, and coordinates with development teams, SaaS operations, and cloud providers to improve deployment efficiency and business continuity. The work centers on infrastructure as code and cloud technologies including Terraform, AWS, Azure, and OpenStack.

Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience creating and maintaining Terraform infrastructure as code.
- Five to seven years of cloud experience in mission-critical operations or DevOps engineering.
- Strong Linux troubleshooting and administration experience.
- Experience developing distributed systems using Ansible, Docker, Puppet, Chef, or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices.
- Experience supporting and administering AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or other cloud infrastructure.
- Experience managing multi-site systems with failover redundancy and autoscaling.
- Experience deploying, maintaining, and managing secure systems.
- Software development background, preferably with web applications.
- Computer Science or Information Systems degree, or equivalent extensive experience.
- Experience with GitLab and ELK Stack is valued.
- Experience in regulated environments, Agile practices, NoSQL databases, IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, or firewalling is valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead a DevOps team building continuous delivery infrastructure and processes.
- Architect and design frameworks for automated application deployment.
- Oversee operational and security monitoring and care of infrastructure and software platforms.
- Coordinate with agile development teams, SaaS operations, and cloud providers on deployment, operational efficiency, security, and business continuity.
- Resolve production outages, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes or early detection strategies.
- Mentor team members.
