Job summary
Design and maintain the core infrastructure for a platform serving more than 100 million unique users monthly, ensuring reliability, security, performance, and scalability. The role owns infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, monitoring, and incident troubleshooting, while planning infrastructure capacity and costs using GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and DevOps/SRE practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years implementing platform and DevOps solutions
- At least 3 years working in a high-performing DevOps team or related role
- At least 2 years of enterprise performance monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting
- Experience with hybrid cloud and infrastructure migration between cloud platforms
- Strong experience delivering infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Experience with Docker, Colima, or Kubernetes
- Scripting or coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or Go
- Experience supporting GitHub and CircleCI pipeline tools
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards, including secure coding and vulnerability scanning
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and support cloud infrastructure as code and applications
- Implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, including automated security
- Design resilient and scalable infrastructure using GCP and other cloud platforms
- Apply SRE and DevOps practices to reduce downtime and manual work
- Configure application monitoring and develop custom monitoring solutions as needed
- Manage consistent development, staging, and production environments
- Maintain documentation for DevOps processes, procedures, and infrastructure
- Plan long-term infrastructure scaling, capacity, and costs
- Ensure platform designs comply with security guidelines
- Manage GitHub repositories, branching strategies, and version control
