Sr Director Analyst, AI Agent, Context and Platform Engineering - Remote UK

Job summary

Develop technical research and advise clients on designing, implementing, and operating AI agent, context, and platform engineering solutions across the software lifecycle. The role also advances research with technical communities, presents findings at industry events, and evaluates practices and technologies for developer self-service, infrastructure as code, and observability.

• 12 or more years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Presentation skills, including speaking to audiences of 500 or more.
• Expertise designing, building, and operating AI agents using agentic harnesses, agent builder platforms, or custom SDKs.
• Expertise implementing, operating, and governing platform engineering and context management solutions.
• Experience with developer self-service and developer portals.
• Experience building and scaling resilient AI-ready or cloud-native applications.
• Experience using observability and monitoring to improve performance, reliability, resilience, and security.
