Job summary
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and security.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Cisco technologies
- Minimum of 3 years supporting VOIP systems
- Minimum of 3 years with SD-WAN technologies
- Experience in a lead or supervisory capacity preferred
- Experience with enterprise systems and services preferred
- Experience in cloud and virtualization platforms preferred
- Experience managing infrastructure lifecycle activities preferred
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of network systems
- Maintain LAN/WAN environments
- Support VOIP systems
- Collaborate with cybersecurity personnel
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues
- Participate in on-call rotation
