Job summary

The Manager for Advisor Services Technology Infrastructure Operations SRE will lead the strategy and execution of application infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability. This role involves overseeing infrastructure initiatives, driving automation, and collaborating with architecture and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering and Production Operations
• Deep knowledge of application hosting patterns
• Expertise in managing infrastructure
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native SRE practices
• Experience with automation and scripting
• Strong experience with observability platforms
• Familiarity with secure coding practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of service-level objectives
• Knowledge of Schwab resiliency policy
• Experience in security compliance and threat remediation
• Hands-on capacity management experience
