Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a hands-on Lead DevOps/SRE Engineer to manage automation, reliability, and production operations for AI and machine learning products.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and scripting
• Deep experience with CI/CD tooling and release automation
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native operations
• Proven experience running production services
• Understanding of production security and change-management controls
• Formal SRE experience in a regulated environment

Responsibilities

• Owns and evolves the team's CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment tooling
• Establishes reliability practices and leads production incident response
• Builds and operates observability across AI/ML services
• Automates infrastructure provisioning and configuration
• Implements operational security and access controls
• Partners with engineers to harden services for production
• Mentors junior engineers on DevOps practices
• Champions diversity and inclusion
