Job summary
As a Sr. Manager of DevOps/QE, you will lead DevOps/QE automation teams, focusing on quality engineering and AI-driven practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering experience, with 3 to 5 years of people management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD/CV pipeline automation, and AI-driven SDLC practices.
- Experience in test optimization and automation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Scrum methodologies.
- Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Responsibilities
- Manage test teams and align to RBC Quality Engineering practices.
- Integrate team members into Squads/Programs/Projects.
- Manage resources and vendor coordination.
- Communicate and build rapport with stakeholders.
- Execute Performance Management processes.
- Ensure team has adequate training and tools.
- Support senior management in workforce skill development.
- Maximize automation for project functional testing deliverables.
