Job summary
Omn*** is seeking a Sr. Manager of Site Reliability to build and lead their Global Cloud Operations organization, focusing on defining reliability practices and integrating AI-driven operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering teams
- Deep hands-on expertise with at least one major public cloud
- Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design and management
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Proficiency in Python or another object-oriented programming language
Responsibilities
- Define and publish SLOs and SLIs for top Tier-1 customer-facing services
- Design the incident command structure
- Select and implement the primary observability platform
- Establish the on-call rotation model
- Develop and track operational KPIs
