Job summary

The role of a senior-level Cloud and Identity Engineer focuses on architecting, deploying, and supporting multi-cloud environments, primarily utilizing AWS. Key responsibilities include managing AWS multi-tenant account structures, developing CI/CD pipelines for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments, and serving as a subject matter expert for Okta identity management, ensuring secure and compliant cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience
• Experience deploying and managing AWS multi-tenant environments using IaC
• Experience with Okta/Identity federation solutions
• Hands-on experience with Certificate Authority and DNS management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft AD and Linux operating systems
• Strong cloud networking background

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and support multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Act as an Okta/Identity SME
• Oversee certificate infrastructure and DNS
• Deploy and manage AWS multi-tenant account structures
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for IaC deployments
• Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for customer support
• Ensure cloud services are fully delivered and functioning
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements
• Partner with internal teams to maintain secure cloud environments
