Job summary

Seeking an experienced Lead Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Architect to enhance reliability and operational excellence of a large-scale hybrid infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Network, Compute, Unix/Linux, Windows Infrastructure, Database Platforms, Middleware, Storage.
• Expertise in Nutanix.
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure in hybrid environments.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience with root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing enterprise infrastructure landscape.
• Perform infrastructure health assessments and gap analysis.
• Identify architectural bottlenecks and operational risks.
• Develop roadmap to improve infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
• Review historical incidents and operational issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for systemic failures.
• Recommend improvements to prevent repeat incidents.
• Define reliability engineering best practices.
• Implement monitoring, observability, automation, and self-healing.
• Define Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Objectives (SLOs).
• Recommend improvements in monitoring and disaster recovery.
• Enhance incident response and change management processes.
• Establish governance for reliability and operational maturity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Provide architectural guidance during incidents.
