- Proven experience supporting highly scaled internet or platform environments
- Proficiency in creating software solutions for task automation
- Strong incident leadership and operational judgment
- Superb communication and influence skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical response during high-priority incidents
- Maintain awareness of the health of eBay’s critical services
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point on shift
