Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible) and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of supporting java-based applications on PCF, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
- Strong SQL knowledge with experience in Oracle or Postgres databases.
- Familiarity with messaging platforms (Axon, Broker, Kafka) is a plus.
- Strong ITSM knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
Responsibilities
- Support the application CI/CD pipeline for promoting software into higher environments.
- Support services before they go live through system design consulting and capacity planning.
- Maintain services by measuring and monitoring availability and overall system health.
- Minimize application development costs by guiding application development teams.
- Engage in and improve the lifecycle of services from inception to refinement.
- Analyze ITSM activities and provide feedback on operational gaps.
