Job summary
The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Dynatrace Specialist ensures the reliability, performance, and observability of large-scale, distributed systems through full orchestration of Dynatrace, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance application performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with Dynatrace integration with ServiceNow.
- Experience with Dynatrace Davis AI.
- Proficient in Dynatrace SRG and JIRA/SNOW integration.
- Experience with SRG in deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with Dynatrace WCCS framework.
- Understanding of SRE golden signals and alert setup.
- Proficiency in Dynatrace DQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee orchestration of Dynatrace, including infrastructure and monitoring.
- Collaborate with application owners and support teams for performance.
- Provide recommendations for application reliability and performance.
- Install, configure, and upgrade Dynatrace components.
- Manage Dynatrace tenants and user access.
- Monitor application health and performance metrics.
- Track transactions across distributed systems.
- Ensure business applications meet performance targets.
