Job summary
Rin*** is seeking an SRE Engineer to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of its products and services by managing production environments.
Qualifications
- U.S. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field plus two years of experience
- U.S. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field plus five years of experience
- Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience
Responsibilities
- Maintain 24x7 production environment with high service availability
- Partner with development teams to implement improvements for software deployments
- Implement automation and orchestration for operational processes
- Develop internal OPS/SRE tools
- Perform quality reviews and manage operational issues
- Interface with Dev/QNOPS teams for root cause analysis
- Define non-functional requirements for product lifecycle
- Explore and innovate new cloud and HA technologies
- Implement automated tests, deployments, and operational tools
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams for product releases
