Seeking an SRE/Performance Engineer with 4–8 years of IT experience focused on Site Reliability Engineering and Performance Engineering.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of IT experience focused on Site Reliability Engineering, Performance Engineering, Observability, and DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift platforms
- Experience with APM tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, or New Relic
- Experience with performance testing tools like k6, LoadRunner, or JMeter
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards using Grafana and Splunk
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript, Python, C, and Java
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
- Demonstrates emotional resilience and commitment to continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Drive observability and performance reliability for Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift platforms
- Develop and execute performance test scripts using tools such as k6, LoadRunner, or JMeter
- Identify performance bottlenecks and lead optimization efforts
- Build and maintain custom dashboards and alerts in Grafana and Splunk
- Analyze performance test results and produce actionable insights
- Collaborate within CI/CD pipeline workflows using GitHub
