Qualifications

• Experience in product-minded platform or infrastructure teams
• Experience with production infrastructure
• Focus on reliability, security, observability, and cost-efficiency
• Ability to understand indirect impact over time
• Enjoy collaboration and understanding team constraints
• Commitment to software quality
• Experience as an SRE, platform, or infrastructure engineer
• Knowledge of cloud (AWS) and containers
• Interest in Kubernetes with hands-on exposure
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve the platform and infrastructure
• Build internal tools and automation using AI
• Automate manual steps to reduce cognitive load
• Provide infrastructure support to developer teams
• Operate and improve containerized workloads on AWS ECS and Kubernetes
• Manage cloud infrastructure as code
• Enhance reliability, observability, performance, and cost-efficiency
• Make impactful technical decisions
• Engage in architecture, design, and prioritization discussions
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
• Mentor and provide feedback
• Ensure SOC2 compliance
