Job summary

This engineering-focused support role keeps digital beauty services—including diagnostics, virtual try-on, and product recommendations—reliable across markets and brands. You will manage production incidents, investigate logs, API responses, and client-side integrations, and create reproducible bug reports, dashboards, and service-health reports. The role also involves automating operational tasks, planning tests, and coordinating prioritized fixes with engineering, support, and market teams.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in support engineering or a similar role involving web services.
• Ability to read and debug JavaScript or Node.js code and understand REST APIs or GraphQL.
• Practical experience querying logs and creating dashboards to monitor services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and documentation.
• Ability to work with teams across time zones and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage production incidents and pre-production errors from investigation through resolution.
• Analyze logs, API responses, and client-side integrations to identify causes and write reproducible bug reports.
• Plan and review tests for changes and new features before release.
• Monitor logging dashboards for anomalies, regressions, and emerging trends.
• Create service queries, reports, and dashboards for engineering teams and external retailer users.
• Automate data extraction, system health checks, and alert threshold configuration.
• Gather requests from teams and markets, prioritize work, and coordinate realistic timelines.
