Join OVHcloud as an SRE in the Telephony team, managing VoIP and SMS services, developing automation tools, and integrating AI agents.

Qualifications

• Proficient in GNU/Linux and command line (bash, zsh, perl)
• Experience with at least one technical stack element (Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus, Golang, HAProxy)
• Strong service orientation and positive impact on internal/external contacts
• Autonomous and capable of working in a fast-evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment and maintenance of VoIP and SMS services
• Create and maintain services based on VoIP and SMS technologies
• Develop and maintain deployment automation for VoIP and SMS services
• Enhance information systems by developing and deploying new features
• Maintain internal and public APIs
• Create and maintain internal tools
• Conduct code reviews (Go & Perl)
• Resolve incidents and participate in crisis management
• Engage in Agile rituals (Daily, Grooming, Retro)
• Participate in on-call duties (approximately one week every two months)
• Design and operate agent-based workflows to automate SRE operations
