Job summary
Visier is seeking a Staff DevOps Developer to lead the development of a centralized control and data plane for their AI transformation. The role involves defining cloud infrastructure, writing production-grade Python code, and ensuring secure, scalable architectures for AI tools and agents.

Qualifications
- Strong command of Python as a primary language
- Deep expertise in Terraform and hands-on operational mastery of AWS and Azure managed services
- Robust understanding of cloud networking and security practices
- Production experience designing and operating containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
- Practical knowledge of RAG pipelines and AI-specific security risks
Responsibilities
- Define and operate a multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure
- Write tested, maintainable Python application code
- Design, build, and optimize the inference-time retrieval service
- Own platform infrastructure using Terraform across environments
- Define and lead the integration layer between the data warehouse and AI assistants
- Embed foundational security controls while establishing robust monitoring
