• Identify gaps in developer productivity and design tools to improve experience.
• Act as technical authority across development, QA, and release management.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering roadmaps.
• Set standards for production system reliability and establish monitoring practices.
• Architect containerization and orchestration strategy at a platform level.
• Serve as technical bridge between software development and vehicle deployment.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring and technical decision-making.
