Responsibilities

• Lead forward deployed engagements end to end
• Own the region's technical calls and escalation points
• Design and deliver platform deployment changes to Kubernetes
• Define reusable reference architectures and deployment patterns
• Mentor engineers through design reviews
• Adapt forward deployed work to local customer operations
• Establish AI-assisted practices and tooling
