Job summary
The Staff Platform Engineer role is centered on establishing the technical direction for the Identity Services platform while leading a team to deliver secure and efficient end-user computing solutions. Responsibilities include designing and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, implementing AI tooling in development processes, and fostering engineering excellence using technologies such as GitHub, PowerShell, and AWS services.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Full lifecycle platform engineering experience
- Strong scripting or development skills
- Knowledge of identity services
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Containerization and orchestration experience
- Knowledge of observability tooling

- Shape the roadmap and strategy for team products and services
- Mentor engineers while remaining hands-on in the codebase
