Job summary
The Staff Platform Engineer / Lead DevOps Engineer will focus on building secure, scalable platforms to enhance engineering efficiency and risk management processes.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with AWS-based platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerised deployments.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or ArgoCD.
- Strong automation mindset to improve platform reliability and efficiency.
- Experience with observability tooling such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve reusable cloud infrastructure and platform tooling.
- Enable engineering teams through CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Deploy and operate containerised workloads using Kubernetes and EKS.
- Improve observability and operational support across critical services.
- Partner with engineers to enhance delivery quality and speed.
- Contribute to governance and continuous improvement across the platform.
