Job summary

Lead technical initiatives across multiple squads, focusing on building and evolving internal engineering platforms to enhance software delivery and developer experience. Champion reliability engineering practices and influence engineering strategy while fostering a strong engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET, Java, Node.js, Next.js, REST APIs, Event-driven architectures, Microservices, Distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS, ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, Cloud-native architectures, Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Open Telemetry, Distributed tracing, Metrics, logs and traces.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, TeamCity, CI/CD Pipelines, DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and evolve internal developer platforms.
• Create scalable self-service capabilities and reusable platform components.
• Drive platform modernization initiatives to improve developer productivity.
• Build automation capabilities to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Champion reliability engineering practices across Payments systems.
• Drive initiatives to improve service availability and operational maturity.
• Shape and implement observability strategy across Payments technology platforms.
• Provide technical leadership across squads and domains.
• Design and build cloud-native platform capabilities on AWS.
