Job summary
Lead the design, build, and operation of a multi-tenant private cloud platform based on OpenStack, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with key OpenStack Projects
- Experience with Ansible/Terraform and infrastructure automation
- Experience with Linux internals
- Programming skills in Python and C
- Experience designing distributed systems and APIs
- Experience operating large secure production multi-tenant systems
- Fullstack expertise in network, storage, or compute
- Experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in a DevOps/SRE environment
Responsibilities
- Design, build and operate OpenStack services across multiple environments
- Own and drive IaC practices
- Develop platform services and automation using Python
- Drive improvements in reliability, scalability and performance
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform usability
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction
