The CMDB Site Reliability Engineer will develop on the Service Now platform CMDB, ITOM Discovery, and related components within an Agile framework, focusing on operational support, data management, and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities for Visa's Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- Four years of Service Now development experience
- Experience with ServiceNow performance monitoring and scripting
- Understanding of CMDB structure and data accuracy best practices
- Effective writing and communication skills
- Experience writing in JavaScript
- Familiarity with JSON and REST APIs
- Experience in Agile Development methodology
Responsibilities
- Develop on the Service Now platform CMDB and ITOM Discovery
- Provide operational support for CMDB
- Enhance knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform
- Execute Service Now data ingestion capabilities
- Utilize Service Now performance analytics and dashboards
- Guide ServiceNow implementations
- Develop scripts and automation using ServiceNow Studio
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms
- Develop technical requirements and documentation
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy and integrity
- Conduct regular audits for compliance
