Staff Software Engineer — CI, Build & Release

Job summary

As part of the AISW engineering team at Qua***, you will own the CI, build, and release infrastructure for the Delegates portfolio, ensuring high-quality software delivery across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of experience
• Expert-level Python and Bash scripting
• Experience integrating AI coding agents into CI workflows
• Deep experience with CI/CD platforms and Git-based workflows
• Proven ownership of build, release, and deployment pipelines
• Exposure to JIRA for defect tracking
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve multi-platform CI pipelines
• Maintain reproducible build recipes and toolchains
• Integrate automated testing into CI workflows
• Own the end-to-end release pipeline
• Define and enforce automated quality gates
• Coordinate SDK artifact delivery
• Build automated functional, performance, and regression test suites
• Develop dashboards for build health and performance trends
• Streamline inner-loop workflows
• Maintain CI runbooks and documentation
• Coordinate with upstream open-source communities
