Staff Software Engineer / Principal Engineer to solve complex technical issues and contribute to building an internal platform, with a strong focus on architecture, technical strategy, and team support.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Software Engineering with complex technical issues at a transverse scale

Responsibilities

• Architect and resolve complex technical issues
• Design architectures for complex topics with high technical uncertainty
• Identify and resolve technical blockages affecting multiple teams
• Design and adopt components, standards, and golden paths within the internal platform
• Study and support structural decisions: build vs buy, migration strategies, technical debt management
• Ensure consistency of technical choices over time
• Contribute to defining and steering the technical trajectory at the Engineering level
• Participate in technical governance: RFC, ADR, architecture reviews, technical standards
• Collaborate with Product teams and business stakeholders to translate business challenges into relevant technical decisions
• Support senior developers and technical leads in their progression
• Disseminate best practices and promote team autonomy
• Directly contribute to technical topics to exemplify best practices
• Facilitate the adoption of new practices, technologies, and technical approaches
• Promote consistency of technical choices across software, infrastructure, and enterprise systems
• Support critical situations: major incidents, sensitive migrations, strategic POCs
• Collaborate with various teams without direct hierarchical links to advance technical decisions and initiatives
