Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, test infrastructure, or systems verification
• Strong programming skills in Python; proficiency in a systems language (C, C++, etc.)
• Deep experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins or equivalent)
• Strong Linux systems background
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives across teams

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture and long-term strategy for large-scale automated test systems
• Identify quality and reliability gaps across CI/CD infrastructure
• Establish technical standards and best practices
• Evaluate and introduce modern tooling to improve productivity
• Lead cross-functional efforts across software, ML, and systems teams
• Architect and deliver automated test and verification systems
• Own the technical direction of Python-based test automation frameworks
• Drive improvements to CI infrastructure at a systems level
• Define and lead root cause analysis for systemic failures
• Partner with engineering leads to define testing requirements
• Mentor engineers and conduct design reviews
• Communicate technical strategy to stakeholders
