Job summary

The role involves working as a DevOps intern within the Architecture & DevOps team for the SICONIA product, focusing on automating Kubernetes environments. Key responsibilities include designing a self-service platform for Kubernetes provisioning, developing reusable Terraform modules, and utilizing GitLab for CI/CD to industrialize deployments.

Qualifications

• Final year engineering student or Master 2 in computer science, cloud or DevOps
• Knowledge of Linux, Git, CI/CD practices, containerization (Docker/Podman), Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and scripting (Python, Bash or equivalent)
• Interest in Cloud infrastructure and automation
• Curious, autonomous, rigorous, with strong analytical skills and teamwork appreciation in a demanding technical environment

Responsibilities

• Design self-service platform for Kubernetes provisioning
• Develop reusable Terraform modules for automated Kubernetes infrastructure deployment
• Automate lifecycle of environments: creation, update, deletion
• Utilize GitLab features for industrializing deployments
• Automate deployment of SICONIA platform and technical dependencies
• Implement validation and health checks post-deployment
• Contribute to best practices in Platform Engineering and Infrastructure as Code
• Document technical and user aspects of the solution
• Demonstrate the developed platform
