Job summary

This end-of-studies internship focuses on building and documenting a tool to manage operator and administrator identities across sensitive cloud environments. The tool will automate account provisioning and lifecycle requests, inactivity-based blocking, approval tracking, identity reviews, anomaly detection, and account-to-asset mapping, while securing its own access and producing auditable logs. The intern will work with the Blue Team on alerting rules, in a context involving IAM, OIDC, x509v3 certificates, and SSH.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree.
• Work independently in GNU/Linux environments.
• Use Git and have familiarity with CI/CD.
• Develop in Python and/or Go and write Shell or Bash scripts.
• Have basic knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and container orchestration.
• Have basic knowledge of IAM, certificates, and PKI.
• Have a good level of English.
• Demonstrate requirements analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document an identity and account management tool.
• Automate operator and administrator account provisioning across environments.
• Support account creation, renewal, and unlocking requests.
• Automatically block accounts after a defined period of inactivity.
• Track managerial approvals and cybersecurity exceptions.
• Review identities regularly and detect permission accumulation or unauthorized group changes.
• Map accounts and associated assets to individuals.
• Manage the tool’s access securely and produce auditable logs.
• Collaborate with the Blue Team to define alerting rules.
